RACHEL WOOD, RD, LD, IFNCP is passionate about living and teaching healthy lifestyle, prevention, and healing to all ages. She completed her bachelor’s degree in dietetics from Kansas State University in 2012, followed by a dietetic internship at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics. She then worked for Hy-Vee for three years as a supermarket dietitian. Rachel also completed training through the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy in 2016. She has experience with many therapeutic diets, weight management, cooking classes for all ages, corporate wellness, and loves to educate. Rachel is registered with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and licensed in the state of Minnesota. She is also a member of the Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine Practice Group through the Academy.

She enjoys gardening, biking and hiking with her husband, and sharing great meals with friends and family.
